OUR GROWTH SPURT – UNMASKED

Hear Billing Solutions (HBS) was established in October of 2014. Our owner, Stacey Long, realized audiologists and hearing instrument specialists were in need of audiology billing services, which she could gladly provide. We acquired our first client during that same month, with no idea how much growth and success were to come. Stacey brought in almost all of her business through word-of-mouth. People who knew and trusted both she and her work ethic referred business to HBS. Although her website was online, it wasn’t offering information (with ease) to people who were searching for audiology services. None-the-less, clients were coming from outside our home state of North Carolina; states such as Arizona, California, Florida, and Tennessee to name a few. Stacey brought on a billing representative after realizing she couldn’t do it alone anymore.

We serviced our clients needs and booming business by following the audiology billing trends within our industry.

HOW WE’RE THRIVING

Today HBS has 6 employees and services over 40 states in the U.S. We are excited to offer over 25 a la carte services, 3 different billing package solutions, and 4 boot camps nation wide! We recently launched our new website in order to better showcase all our audiology and consulting services. It now plays well on mobile devices (mobile friendly) allowing people everywhere to easily contact us with contracting questions, billing concerns, or the like.

We used Word Press to develop the site allowing for a better user experience. Additionally, we included social media buttons so our users can easily connect with us on Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
